7 Thoughts on “Canon212 Update: While Cardinal Burke is Being Serene, Non-Aggressive, and ‘Charitable’; Someone Needs to Defend Christ’s Church From Francis!

  1. I was just reading an article and the opening line is as follows.

“Confusion, division, and error” within the Catholic Church coming from “shepherds” even at the highest levels indicate that we “may be” in the end times, said U.S. Cardinal Raymond Burke in an address in Kentucky.

Just wanted to add that it’s hard to be serene when the ‘great tribulation’ is at your doorstep.

  2. “serene is for Buddhists, not Christians..”
    Awesome stuff Frank.

  3. The great Saints knew that God can work His greatest miracles through those who pray, sacrifice and are obedient to Him. This is what I see Cardinal Burke doing. It is more a sacrifice to do God’s will than to please one’s peers. Only in Heaven will we realize the fruits of holy, obedient saints.

    Dear Frank,
Thank you for your great work. I would urge you, however, to do some research on the A-bomb attacks against Japan. All of the higher military echelon were against it — Adm. Nimitz, Adm. Halsey, Adm. King, Gen. Curtis Lemay, Gen MacArthur, etc. etc. The mantra is that it was going to take a million men to invade Japan and untold casualties. Here’s the pertinent question: Why was an invasion necessary? Japan was an island nation and at that stage had no oil, no navy, no air force and was a threat to no one. They were also trying to make terms for surrender. The Joint Chiefs, however, received orders from the top – with no alternative plans – that the bomb would be used. The deliberate, intentional targeting of innocent civilians is not allowed in a Just war scenario. And, yes, the fire bombing of Dresden, Tokyo, Cologne and all the rest was also reprehensible.

And, no, I am not a pacifist — I’ve served in the army and have three sons who are all former Marines. I throw that it in the hopes that you will take my claims seriously with an impetus to look into the matter further. Yes, we are Americans but Catholics first and these attacks were mortally sinful.

Thank you Robert. Modern times are Hell, aren’t they? I’ve never heard that Japan was trying to negotiate terms for surrender before the bomb, or that MacArthur was against it. From what little I’ve read it seems that honoring these ‘just war’ conditions would probably have meant losing, and more death and misery. It’s something to pray about. God bless you and your boys.

I’m no expert, but I have read somewhere everything Robert Schroder says.

Why was it thought necessary to invade Japan at all? In order to OCCUPY and remake it. The same with Europe. And of course, there was Stalinism.

Now that Stalinism has overtaken Europe, the Papacy, most national episcopacies, and virtually all educational institutions in Europe and North America, we can re-evaluate much of our post-WWII foreign policy.

    • By reading your post, ‘necessary to invade Japan in order to occupy and remake it’, one would think the US attacked Pearl Harbor itself! Talk about rewriting history!
