The doctor who cleared the ‘miracle’ to permit Francis to scandalously ‘canonize’ Cardinal Newman (I say scandalously because Francis isn’t Catholic and wouldn’t know a saint if one hit him), appears to be yet another bogus ‘life-threatening’ pregnancy stunt.

In his account, goofy sounding Chicago FrancisDoctor Gerald Casey reveals how he had a ‘spiritual experience,’ ‘felt a presence’ and cried when he heard the woman’s testimony.  She is declining to publicize her own version of the story until some time later.

The miracle woman had been suffering from a “subchorionic hematoma.”  But how is it a miracle to deliver a baby when your risk of miscarriage is only 17.6%

Other accounts said the miracle pregnancy had ‘life-threatening complications,‘ making the low-risk situation sound very dangerous to the mother.  This keeps happening to the new FrancisSaints:  they have miracles that indirectly reinforce the pro-death agenda among Catholics who believe in them by making pregnancy look deadly.

It’s unfortunate that the memory of the great Newman is subjected to these simple-minded, low-life tricks in the name of the Church.  He may actually be in Heaven, but the world can’t benefit from believing that any more.  Thank you, O Francis of Mercy.

I wonder what they’re going to come up with for Augustus Tolton, the former slave who apparently no American Catholic seminary wanted because he was black?  It could be true, but who knows?
