The bishop in white is going to the Amazon in October — the Amazon — that’s where the indigenous people still use bows and arrows. Are there hills in the Amazon?

Frank, thanks so much for your commentary and insights and even humor. Back in the day we had no idea what was going on, we knew absolutely nothing. I’m so grateful for Canon212 and for you.

The whole operation really and truly has a strong resemblance to the fakery, subversion and persecuting nature of the sanhedrin of 33 AD.

I agree with you Frank, I don’t trust any of them, even the ‘good’ ones.
That photo of Bishop Schneider with Pope Francis apparantly happy to receive ‘clarification’ on God’s ‘permissive’ will was pathetic.
What about the heresies, blaspheming, teaching errors, insults, protecting perverts etc.
Cdl. Mueller says something which is true and encourages us laity then says the Pope is orthodox and surrounds himself with the wrong people. Whaaaat!!
Then don’t forget the famous Dubia correction which Cdls. Burke and
Brandmueller have decided not to do.
Where is Cdl. Sarah? Gone off to contemplate in silence?
The Cardinals had a chance to walk out of the 2015 Synod and bring this pope to his senses. What do the cardinals do, they back down.

We are in this mess precisely because of these spineless Cardinals and Bishops.

    God save the Church

By the way, that document signed by Pope Francis and that Imam in Abu Dhabi does NOT have the word ‘permissive’ in it.
Is Bishop Schneider happy about that?

Bishop Schneider, Pope Francis just used you as a door mat

People keep saying: “What can we do to identify bad bishops like McCarrick?”

There is a simple, foolproof way for any pope to identify bishops who are running around, habitually in the state of mortal sin. But they all refuse to make use of it.

    Here it is:

Does he give Communion to pro-aborts? (And gay couples, and adulterers.)

McCarrick-Wuerl have been the loudest champions of the mortal sin of giving Communion to pro-aborts. But all but about ten American bishops are committed to the same mortal sin.

Yes, there can only be one Pope, whoever that is! Good line!

Doesn’t it seem that Catholics have been harboring some very wrong ideas about the papacy? That seems evident in the apoplectic reactions some are having to any questioning that Francis is not a valid pope, as though the Church and all the promises of Christ are going to crash down if the thought is even entertained! And as though Christ hadn’t foreseen all this, just as He had forseen all the other evils that would happen?

I can’t help but think of all the religious sisters in the late 60’s – like the IHM s who went right out of the church in robotic obedience to superiors who were following psychology gurus. What a false understanding of obedience!

Or how about the delightful words of St. Junipero Serra about the pope in his day. Serra, laboring in the missions, had had no news from Rome for a couple of years when someone came from there to visit him. Sometime during the visit, he asked (paraphrasing) , “Would you tell me who is our pope these days? I want to pray for him.” And if the reply had been, “We’re not sure…” – wouldn’t he prayed just the same and then returned to his labors?

As you said, Frank, a normal Catholic can see something today is very rotten, and starting at the top. (I wouldn’t eat rotten fish just because it was served in a 4* restaurant! And I certainily wouldn’t pay for it!)

    • Along with you, I duly note the “apoplectic” panicked reactions of those who defend Bergoglio as Pope. Any topic is open for discussion, no matter how controversial …. except this most important of all topics.

Orthodox Catholics insult and denigrate the “Holy Father” and his sacreligious acts in the Church. That topic is open and fair game.

But, *do not* question the unprecedented activity at the source of all deviations and the two-Pope innovation that gave us a new term – “Pope Emeritus”, who claims he remains firmly and forever within St. Peter’s enclosure. For questioning and noticing that: comments deleted, insulted, blocked, angry denunciation.

I do find that emotional response highly relevant to the situation at hand. It does not make logical, Catholic sense to me. It confirms my opinion that something deeply amiss is wrong with the person who masquerades as Pope and the sequence that put him there.

God was not in that election because the Chair Of Peter was never vacated. *Sededuo*, two, in a Chair meant for *Sedeuno*, one.
