Our hospital system is to capacity, I have friends who work there. There are now looking for other places for the overflow! I have a dear friend fighting for their life on a respirator. This Chinese virus is real! I am pretty sure the patriots are using this virus to fight the Storm, WWG1WGA.
The only crisis that matters to me is the crisis in the a Catholic Church in which Bishops have so little Faith, so much loss of belief, that they think they have the right to withhold Jesus on His Cross and in the Holy Eucharist from His Faithful suffering children. These men are saying Mass with their backs to Jesus and facing “the people of God” ….. with no people present (!). The point has always been to show their backs to the risen Lord.
And so, the crisis, the only one that truly matters, is the loss of Faith and the destruction of Liturgy that connects the living Faithful to our living, Risen Lord.
Health “crisis” come and go. This is not, after all, heaven on earth. The world is fallen and sinful. Disease and sickness happens. All of it belongs to Lucifer, the Lord of the World. But the public perpetual Sacrifice of the Mass must never be withheld. It belongs to God, King of Heaven and Earth.
Could it really be the will of God that all the faithful in the world should be denied assisting at the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass? And all the sacraments as well? Unthinkable. I’m sick about what’s happening. God help us.

In regards to your recent “dust up” with the 1P5 posse on whether Dan Burke is in ICU strictly based on Coronavirus or whether there is an underlying condition to help explain the story.
I think the general point is that, due to the pollution of News with fake news lies and propaganda, it is almost impossible to accurately discern the truth in any matter; and that, in general, stories that conveniently fit the Fake News narrative are usually also (not always) fake.
In support of that is the story of Fr. Beradelli, Bergamo Italy Diocese who was presented as giving up his personal ventilator to a younger patient and thus also sacrificially gave his life. Except … not true. Proven fake. Made up by Araberara.it and went viral. A lie.
I think we are all well within our rights, at this point, to mistrust pretty much everything coming out of the mainstream fake news media. I limit myself to sources and people I trust (like Canon212 and your nightly summaries). The rest of it I consider with all due skepticism.
As with the Dan Burke story. God bless him, in whatever his condition. May he find relief from suffering and may he be healed if it is God’s will. That is between him, his family and associates and God.
We, on the other hand, are not required to take at face value reports on his personal life and accept everything they say about him (as an example). I have learned most of it is false.
