Deep in my memory I recall a kid, a really horrible obnoxious kid from my years at Catholic school during the disgraceful era of Pope Paul VI.  He was never up to anything but trouble.  I remember him whenever I come across this picture of young Pope Francis.

At this point, it would be obvious to any reasonable, normal, thinking person, regardless of his faith or lack of it, that the Catholic Church no longer really exists in a physical sense.  Very few people understand that there is a living ‘Church Militant’, albeit now basically underground.  They just see bishops, priests and men like Francis, an entirely thoughtless ass and a wrecker.  They know that there were no men among our faithful to prevent him, and now our Church is as dead as the others.

Who in the world would want to join the Church of Francis now, a Church who’s very leader is a loud, lying, hypocrite; a messianic propagandist for the monster state, a friend of ISIS?  They’d have to be a very strange person indeed, or they’d have to be paid.

The Weasel Zippers commentary today is the very best I’ve seen about the barrage of blasphemous unCatholic environmentalism issuing from what used to be Rome today.  It just says one word:

“Stop.”

But I don’t think it will stop.  It will just keep on killing.  Please God, I’m wrong.  What can be done?

5 Thoughts on “Stop.

Ah! I would have suspected the headline here to have read “Fool Stop.” (or is it ‘full stop’?

Here, in my heart and soul is what has befallen our Holy Mother Church under this present Bishop of Rome, Francis:

“For the time is, that judgment should begin at the house of God. And if first at us, what shall be the end of them that believe not the gospel of God?

And if the just man shall scarcely be saved, where shall the ungodly and the sinner appear? Wherefore let them also that suffer according to the will of God, commend their souls in good deeds to the faithful Creator.” 1 Peter 4:17-19

If Francis then is God’s chastisement of His own Church, then what awaits the world? Pray the Rosary every day.

“As I told you, if men do not repent and better themselves, the Father will inflict a terrible punishment on all humanity. It will be a punishment greater than the deluge, such as one will never seen before. Fire will fall from the sky and will wipe out a great part of humanity, the good as well as the bad, sparing neither priests nor faithful. The survivors will find themselves so desolate that they will envy the dead.

The only arms which will remain for you will be the Rosary and the Sign left by My Son. Each day recite the prayers of the Rosary. With the Rosary, pray for the Pope, the bishops and priests.” – Our Lady of Akita October 13, 1973 –

Now basically underground. You nailed it there. I would say that Francis has become irrelevant, but that is because, as you rightly remind me, he has made the (visible structure of the) Church irrelevant.

I still go to what is likely the greatest TLM apostolate in the world. It’s the biggest one, and wonderfully manned by the ICRSS. Three great priests. Two Oblates. Pre-seminary candidates in residence every year. Best music director on this continent. It’s easy to forget that it just doesn’t extend to other areas.

You know I love Bob Dylan– he has a line in Long and Wasted Years, “I think that when my back was turned, the whole world behind me burned.” It feels like the great, visible Church has just burned. Gone. Poof.

We are underground. Or we will die on our hill, ever more encircled by foes.

It’s good to know something like the ICRSS is possible. I’m glad you take those graces and spread them around.

Does Chuck Berry still come out on Friday nights around there?

  3. Who would want to join? Heck, it’s getting to the point of who would want to stay?”

Total Consecration to Mary Immaculate, according to the Kolbean formula. That is what can and must be done. When each one of us commits to becoming Her knight, and removes moment by moment, day by day, without limit, everything holding us back from this commitment, and when we make our goal the conquest of all hearts now beating and that will ever beat, THEN God will be able to accomplish all He wants to, and even turn the Bergoglian ugliness into an even greater good. Complaining does no good; only Consecration matters. What are we waiting for?
