Our Lord raised up a very great saint 800 years ago (800 years, but a watch in the night) and told him to rebuild his Church. He set about to do so with great love for apostolic poverty and the true Catholic Faith. He received a direct commision, like the apostles and Paul, from our Lord himself( and also the confirmation of the stigmata) He is now reduced to the saint of the environment and pets, a sentimental character. But to read his works, although they are few, is to feel the heat and burning love for Christ and his Church and holy tradition, he is alleged to have spoken of a destroyer who was to come. His name was Francis, and had the Church and the popes heeded his call we would be living in a different world. Now we have a destroyer pope who calls himself Francis….obscene blasphemer…the direct opposite of the holy Francis…God, and the devil, clearly send us direct signals.
Regarding Cardinal Tagle, I must admit that sentimentality and emotional euphoria has a habit of triumphing over reason here in the Philippines where he hails from. (Where most of us here – not me – voted for a blaspheming socialist president) It’s kind of a national vice here.
