It is a quantifiable fact that Pope Benedict did not validly resign his Office by the written text and by his subsequent acts. It is clear, he never left. Benedict is Pope.
It is a quantifiable fact that the antipope chosen to serve alongside Benedict in a re-made and now deformed Papacy is a heretic and apostate. There are many examples that can be used to affirm these facts, prior to a formal declaration from the Church. I will select one for each category:
1: Heresy – “The faith has not been handed down from generation to generation as a set of ideas to be understood and followed, as a fixed and timeless code.”
Against the heresy – “ 7Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ. 8But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. 9As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed”. (Gal 1:7-9)

It is extremely important to get this right – not trivia, not trivial, it is everything to know who speaks in the holy Name of the Lord as His Vicar. If you accept the deformed multi-headed Papacy, you must ultimately accept also the heresy and apostasy that flows from it … because it is not of the Lord; and if it is not of the Lord, then it must by definition be of the Devil – which is proved by its anti-Christian fruits.
