Since they are telling us that it is time to give us another Code of Canon Law lets revisit the one they gave us in 1983. On secret societies” Anyone who joins an association that plots against the Church is to be punished by a just penalty”….it doesn’t say that it has to be secret….like Freemasonry. They don’t reference freemasonry at all and they don’t mention international Communism that has always plotted against the Church. Slippery language, Orwellian language is Vat2 stock and trade. So if you think about it this could, if they choose, refer to traditionalist Catholics that oppose NuChurch. Since a large number of Bishops think like freemasons and communists and oppose “rigid” Catholics I suspect their new code will further attempt to tie a noose around Catholic’s necks. If there any real Catholic Bishops or Cardinals left they better start shouting now or forever hold their piece.
