Cardinal Burke says gay people are killers
Pseudo-Catholics are trying to make Cardinal Burke look like he hates gay people in the hopes that they might sideline him even more. This trick only works on people who have no real Catholic sensibility.
Are we supposed to be ashamed to know the meaning of grave sin? Is it a good Catholic’s fault that gay sex is a terrible habit worthy of correction?

Fr. Ray Blake has added his voice to Fr. Hunwicke’s in defense of the faithful UK priests and their very excellent Christian witness to the hierarchy – a two-punch effort if there ever was one. Should a bishop intimidate his priests for their faith? If public statements are off limits, must we now stuff our sermons?
We can no longer stand for this cruel persecution from faithless or compromising ‘bishops.’ The time has come to take an apostolic stand.

Laurence England has holy encouragement from the UK for men and women who love the Faith. It’s the recusant’s cry and it’s Christ’s. What a blessing it would be if our Lord could right the Church through the British Isles.

It’s a shame that the UK Catholic Herald felt the need to publish a ‘balanced’ reply to Fr. Lucie Smith, who supported the 500 priests in their defense of the Faith. At least it was weak. Those priests were just seeking the limelight, yes? You’d have to be seriously ambitious and proud to believe something like that.

Who was Archbishop Oscar Romero? They make it seem like he was just a shy, faithful victim who loved the poor….a Mother Teresa of sorts without the nerve. Still, didn’t he have a nation-wide radio show and a gift for the rant?
And why, in this FrancisEra, must we pander by promoting his name? Wasn’t he just a pro-Communist cleric during the failed hay day of Liberation Theology?
