Sure the mob would love another commission like the one they fixed in 2002. As Randy Engle points out sodomy is a vice and breeds all kinds of other vices….drugs, pornograpy and money getting rackets like illegal immigration. They could care less if you try to shame them, that won’t work . They’ve gone way beyond shame. They are gangsters who have found the cover for all their evil vices (I know there must be a handful of exceptions but they don’t run things), the novus ordo operation that is called the catholic church is the perfect foil. This needs a serious vice squad investigation with serious jail time and public executions. All conservative enablers are revolting, ultimately acting as cover like the MSM did for Obama, the Clintons and the neocons…..any wonder that they are all so intertwined?
I’m not sure what you mean by conservative boycotts, but I believe I am now for a boycott. The reason is this, these men are not going to change anything. McCarrick was a bone we were thrown, but a bone is not enough. We should demand change.
Change seminaries so that any homosexual inclination or observed behavior results in automatic expulsion. A lay board should oversee.
Any homosexual behavior on the part of a priest, bishop, cardinal indicates automatic laicization. You’re out. Free ride, over.
Look, we can dance around for decades more like this, but as we do, our church is being ripped into a million pieces, and boys and young men suffer. We are suffering. We either care more about these boys and young men and our faith than we do about going slow, gently, and pandering to these men. No more, pandering needs to be over. Unless we are willing to go big, we are just going to keep seeing this repeated again and again.
I suggest an organized national boycott, no Mass attendance. Nothing in the offertory. I don’t even know if that will have any impact at all, but if we do what we are doing, complaining to each other, it is a guaranteed FAIL. They have circled the wagons, expressed their “shock” and “outrage”, and not a one claimed to know anything. Despite it being common knowledge, none of these men even HEARD McCarrick was a flaming homosexual buggering boys.
People it’s got to stop, or we are going to hemorrhage Catholics from the church. Souls will be lost. If starving a priest to death was what was done back in the day if he molested a boy, boycotts and laicization are nothing compared with that.
Get serious, or pay for these men to keep molesting boys and teens while we look the other way.
