5 Thoughts on “Canon212 Update: The Church Has Always Said A Pope Like Francis Must Be Ruled Deposed

  1. Some think they know ‘Francis’ is Pope but don’t know whether he’s a heretic. If I undersatnd you, however, Frank, you think you know ‘Francis’ is a heretic but don’t know whether he’s the Pope.

Is this right? You believe he’s a (manifest) heretic but you’re not sure he’s Pope?

I also want to ask: Do you believe he’s an apostate?

He could easily be an apostate because he’s such a hard-core globalist. I’m not sure if he’s pope or not, but I’m confident he should be investigated and removed at least for heresy.

I can thoroughly appreciate the alarm, scandal and apprehension resulting from the diabolic disorientation so apparent in the secular and ecclesiastical World having, for about 40 years, tried in my own ways to shine a light in the darkness but, as St John says, the darkness does not comprehend it. The pen might just be mightier than the sword unless the sword must be used to chop off the hand that pushes the perfidious pen. In the Garden of the Agony Jesus asked Peter “How many swords have we?” Peter said “Two” and Jesus said “That is enough.”
My guess is that that means the sword of authority that may have to be backed up by the sword of war. But a war without appropriate authority is a chaos of anarchy.

Anyhow, lawful authority delegated from God is the substance of order in human affairs; including the Mystical Body of the Second Person of the Triune God… the Church. Authority in the Church is encoded in Dogma handed down from the Apostles (which can never be changed by anyone ever) and by Cannon Law that deals with temporal administration according to Dogma (certainly infallible where it is lawfully promulgated as law by a valid pontiff: “What you shall bind on Earth shall be bound in Heaven”.) The only way for a regent to “bind” subjects is by validly, lawfully promulgated law.

I can also completely understand that laity, priests and prelates have no individual authority to make definitive judgements on Cannon Law, or its interpretation, or its application. That prerogative is exclusively reserved to the appropriate authorities delegated by the Head of the Body. However, every one of us is morally obliged to make judgements as to whether what we are receiving is that which was received from the Apostles or someone(s) posing as an “angel of light”. It will be an individual judgement that we will have to own up to on Judgement Day. Another scary possibility is that on Judgement Day we’ll have to own up to error “I knew it was wrong but I went along with it because it was convenient.”

Authority is crucially important. Anyone who pretends to usurp an authority that is not properly delegated to them is serving another master. Our very likable acquaintance, the feisty Ann Barnhardt, has no authority to declare that T’Googlio Monster is an antipope even if he really is because she does not have authority to do so. Neither does the SSPX or anyone else. We might all assess that in our opinions T’Googlio Monster is an ideological tool of the Synagogue of Satan and we’ll have to own up to it on Judgement day where the Judge might say “you got that wrong for the wrong reasons, or you got that right for the wrong reasons, or you got that right for the wrong reasons, or you got that right for the right reasons”.

Authority is crucial. Anarchy is the favourite tool of Satan and Satanists to deprive humanity of the means to achieve their proper destiny.

    Regards,
    David Marwick

I forgot to include a link to a bod that, in passing, indicates the crucial importance of legitimate, delegated, authority.

I’m not clever with computer things but I hope the link chimes in at about the 32 minute mark where he talks about authority. True authority is not man made… it is delegated by the Author even if it is to give us what we collectively want and deserve.

question: How can there be 2 popes at the same time? Benedict only resigned some of his duties, not all.
