I will take him at his word and pray for him in his mission, which is to bring sinners to Jesus. I appreciate this involves publicity but it is still swimming upstream against or culture of sterility, homosexuality and death and a difficult path. But then again he does have the Lord on his side so ultimate success will be with him if he percervers till the end.
I attended this Mass. I heard he might be there but didn’t even notice him. He was sitting across the aisle from me. If he had an entourage it was not noticeable during the Mass. When I heard he might be at my parish I was looking for a man that wanted to be noticed. He was dressed more properly than some of our parishioners however, his shoes were noticed by more than a couple of us! I’m glad he is making his way home again and pray that he won’t let any vanity get in the way of that.
