Yes of course and right on cue, the self-serving Vicar of FrancisChurch made sport of last Sunday’s Gospel and blatherized the true meaning of that post-Easter “apostolic” breakfast made by Jesus on the shore.
The whole point was not about social justice, etc., but giving Peter a chance to redeem himself and reaffirm his faith (after thrice denying Jesus on Holy Thursday night). Our Lord then mandated Peter’s solemn mission as the first Pope: namely, “Feed My lambs. Feed My Sheep.” Our Lord did not say “your” lambs and “your” sheep, meaning that the flock belonged to Him alone.
Peter and all his Papal successors did and do not own the Church: it was and is not theirs to do with as they please. Always and at all times, “the Good Shepherds” feed the flock with the Word of God and His holy sacraments, and must never, ever, abandon and starve or [as we see in horror now] poison them to death.
God save the Church!
Abortion is *not* primarily a mechanism that facilitates “consequence free sex”. That does not explain the existential fight for and against.
Abortion *is* Lucifer’s black beating heart – it is the sacrament of death. It is the kingdom of hell against the Kingdom of Heaven.
The point of *infanticide* (a better word than abortion because more descriptive) is violence, for its own sake, against the Divine gift of sacred (from God) innocent pre-natal life. “Consequence free sex” is just one of the many poisonous fruits that grow from the demonic sacramental tree. Violent war on innocent life is the heart of it.
This is the only way to understand the passion and stark, raving, spittle flecked lunacy in defense of this most vile act straight from the pit of hell itself.
