Perrault’s version features seven fairies that duly attend the ceremony and officially “bless” the newborn. However, arriving from beyond the walled borders, an unwelcome fey maligns the proceedings and issues a dire rebuke to the clueless parents via their offspring.

But then, alone before Prevost, stood the poor persecuted outcast, Cardinal Zen of Hong Kong, who dared to condemn Synodality, calling its procedures “ironclad manipulation.” He warned against the blasphemies, betrayals, and sacrilege tolerated and/or promoted by current leaders and feared a complete fracture of the Church.
