No, this is not our pope (2:38) lead pipe or not. He is not to be endured. People who say this suffer either from masochistic tendencies or Ratzinger/Benedict Derangement Syndrome (R/BDS). It’s nice to see the SSPX taking swings at others. I think they make a darn good point about silence in their article. But on the evidence that Benedict’s abdication was no such thing, what do they say? Really, I’d rather see them swing once at that problem than ten times at the problem of Bergoglio’s paganism.
I fully expected the SSPX leadership to condemn the sin-odd and idol worship. I expected that the FSSP,ICK and others to remain far more muted. No surprise for me. What I did find surprising is that the SSPX did not come out as strongly as they did with previous pontificate outrages. For instance 1985 :

Nothing like this tone in the new SSPX letter despite the recent 2019 sin-odd being far more horrendous to God than the 1985 Synod. The new leadership of the SSPX, in pointing a finger at other groups’ long known tendencies, to excuse their new substantial failure is very childish – or at the least very South American-ish,
It seems all the quasi-traditional societies that still cling to Rome are silent. This includes Lopes and his Ordinariate. Recently he ex-communicated a priest who spoke out against the Vatican 2 heresies. This new head of the SSPX has red blood flowing in his veins, at least.
