   As a Protestant on looker this joke “pope” is really sad. It is in question whether he holds the most basic tenants of Christianity and conservative values that real Protestant Christians and Catholics agree on let alone much of anything resembling traditional Catholicism.    He has made a precedent error.

   The situation of Bergoglio, the false Pope, does not change anything. SSPX was created by Arbp LeFebvre to survive the coming storm. This antipapacy is merely another phase of the ongoing storm.

   It is a mistake, a most serious mistake, to profess that SSPX, created to supply jurisdiction In Extremis by the Archbishop at its founding is now captive to current events in the crisis he foresaw. SSPX still stands.

   Ok. Reasons?

   1: Putin declared Ukrainians a non-nation occupying a non-country that, by right of history and culture (including religious history and culture), belongs to Great Russia.

   2: His troops to attacked civilian targets, to break the will of those recalcitrant Ukrainians who refuse to accept that they are “little Russians”.

   That’s it. I looked for other reasons. There are none.

   He rejects the claim of Russia to honor the will of the people of the Donbas who overwhelmingly voted to secede from Ukraine and join their ethnic Russian cousins.

   He thinks evidence exists Russia is punishing civilian targets who refuse to go along.

   That is the entirety of his claim against Russia’s “Just War”.

   THAT is pathetic.

   And then he has the audacity to malign the nation that is carefully invoking the Holy Name of God. To wit: “The blasphemous blessing of Russian aggression by the leadership of Russian Orthodoxy cannot change that moral fact”.

   Weigel has taken the side of Nazi (not the “neo” kind, the real kind) Ukraine and its wicked pervert “President” of the Corruptocracy against the side that has a Russian Orthodox President, leading a nation that has enshrined religious liberty into its post-communist 1993 Constitution, which has re-built an estimated 20,000 Orthodox Churches in that span of 30 years time including the incredible Military Cathedral of Moscow.
