I left the Catholic Church because it had become so soft, feminine, and degenerate. If I saw a strongman warlord Pope, modeled after Popes Urban II and Innocent III, then I’d come back.
True, the Church would only be 10% of its current size but, it would be all muscle and Crusading spirit. More than enough to retake Europe and have plenty of power left over to lend to Sweden to wash off all imported mud.
